Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-Site)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing women's fashion brand with a strong online presence. We're looking for a smart, skilled, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our Shopify-based website, drive SEO, and run paid ads (Meta & Google).

Key Responsibilities: Shopify Website Maintenance:

• Update product listings, banners, collection pages
• Manage backend operations like discounts, inventory syncs, basic HTML edits
• Ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and error-free UX

SEO Management:

• Keyword research, on-page SEO (meta tags, product descriptions, URLs)
• Technical SEO audits and improvements (page speed, indexing, etc.)
• Monthly performance tracking via Google Search Console & Analytics

Ads & Campaigns:

• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Set up Google Search, Display, and Shopping ads
• A/B testing, pixel & conversion tracking, budget optimization

Reporting:

• Weekly performance reports across SEO and Ads
• ROAS tracking for campaigns
• Suggestions for growth based on analytics

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on with Shopify admin panel
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GSC
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is a bonus
• Basic understanding of design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus
• Should be proactive, responsible, and performance-driven
