Job Description

A hotel digital marketing specialty develops and executes data-driven online marketing strategies to increase bookings and enhance brand visibility by managing SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns, while also analyzing performance metrics and optimizing spend. Key responsibilities include managing the hotel's website and digital presence, collaborating with sales and other departments, reporting to leadership, and staying updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the hotel remains competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, including performance marketing (PPC, display), SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Oversee the content and user experience of the hotel's website, ensuring it is updated with new features, promotions, images, and content to improve SEO, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure various multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Content & Social Media: Develop and manage content for all digital channels, build and manage active communities on social media, and maintain a positive online presence for the hotel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and e-commerce, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Trend & Technology Monitoring: Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, new technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key metrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align digital marketing strategies with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Brand Management: Knowledge of maintaining brand consistency and identity across all digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
