Digital Marketing Specialist & Real Estate Lead Generation About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional who specializes in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for real estate projects through multiple channels. In addition, the candidate should also have the ability to manage digital marketing campaigns, including running ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, while also tracking performance using Google Analytics. This is a dynamic role where the primary focus is real estate leads, but the person should be flexible enough to handle other marketing opportunities as they arise. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified real estate leads through social media, digital ads, and other online/offline channels. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lower cost-per-lead. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance. Collaborate with management to adjust strategies and ensure alignment with project goals. Contribute to other digital marketing initiatives such as content marketing, email marketing, and brand building when required. * Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in real estate lead generation (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content strategies.
