Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search rankings.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and/or Analytics certification.
• Experience in B2B marketing or eCommerce.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
