Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SMO, and running paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to achieve brand growth, lead generation, and higher ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to drive results.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to maximize ROI.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging creatives and ad copies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Expertise in SMO (Social Media Optimization) and understanding of social media trends.
• Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs (optional).
• Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Any certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads is a plus.
• Experience in agency or fast-paced environment preferred.
