What You’ll Do Website management – Keep our WordPress site sharp and speedy (themes, page builders, HTML / CSS / JavaScript; no deep PHP). Paid campaigns – Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Run A/B tests and handle conversion tracking. Email marketing – Build lists, design templates and run automated campaigns in Mailchimp (or a similar platform such as Klaviyo/Brevo). Analyse open-rates, CTR and ROI and iterate fast. SEO & content – Do keyword research, on-page and light technical SEO; coordinate new content with designers and writers. Analytics & insights – Tag events in GTM, track results in GA4/Data Studio and turn numbers into clear, actionable recommendations. Automation & AI tools – Experiment with no-code/low-code or LLM integrations (Zapier, ChatGPT API, etc.) to streamline marketing tasks. Vendor & tool wrangling – Source SaaS tools, gather quotes and negotiate the best deals—end-to-end, without leaning on other engineers. What You Bring B.Tech degree (mandatory)—any branch, as long as you’re passionate about tech. 1+ year hands-on experience blending web upkeep and digital marketing. Strong WordPress skills plus solid JavaScript, HTML5 and modern CSS for quick front-end tweaks. Proven success running Google Ads and analysing performance in GA4. Practical experience creating and optimising email campaigns in Mailchimp or comparable tools. Self-sufficient, fast learner who can research, implement and troubleshoot solutions independently. Clear written and verbal English—you can explain technical metrics to non-technical teammates in minutes. Nice to Have Familiarity with marketing automation stacks (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.). Basic design chops in Figma or Adobe XD. Experience with schema markup and advanced technical SEO.
