Factors such as heat, dust, dietary habits, and genetics contribute significantly to hair fall in the Indian populace. We understand the emotional toll that hair loss can take, impacting one's confidence and self-esteem. In response to this, Hairsutr embarked on a journey to create premium hair products tailored to the needs of Indians. We recognized the unparalleled quality of Indian hair, often exported and utilized in international markets. However, within India, the availability of high-quality, customized hair solutions was limited. Existing products were often imported, failing to meet the specific requirements of Indian consumers. As we scale, we're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing and can build full-funnel ad campaigns that convert. What You’ll Do: ✅ Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ✅ Build and manage cold, warm, and hot audience funnels ✅ Write and test compelling ad copies, hooks, and creatives ✅ Collaborate with design and content teams for UGC, Reels, and testimonials ✅ Set up and manage Meta Pixel and track custom conversion events ✅ Monitor metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR, CPM and scale what works ✅ Retarget visitors with catalog ads and build remarketing journeys ✅ Report weekly with actionable insights What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years experience running Meta Ads. Solid understanding of ad funnels, Pixel tracking, and audience segmentation. Data-driven mindset with creative instincts. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Events Manager is a big plus. Bonus if you’ve worked in the beauty, fashion, or haircare space.
