The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

You will be the core driver of our digital presence, responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that market both the *Mayfield corporate brand* and our diverse line of products. Your main duties will include:

* *Product Marketing:* Developing and executing digital strategies to promote our full range of products, from *rubber sheets in variant colors* to finished consumer goods like *Hawai chappals* and *gym mats*.

* *Content Creation:* Managing and generating high-quality visual and written content across all digital platforms.

* *Lead Conversion:* Transforming digital interest into measurable sales results through direct communication and follow-up.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate with a strong blend of creative, technical, and direct-sales skills:

1. *Product Photography & Videography:* Exceptional skills in *product photography and visual content creation* optimized for digital media (social platforms, websites, and e-commerce).

2. *Content Creation & Management:* Proven ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content (graphics, posts, blogs) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant industry channels.

3. *Digital Lead Generation & Nurturing:* Experience in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to generate qualified leads.

4. *Lead-to-Sale Conversion (Tele-Calling):* Must be adept at *converting leads through mobile/phone calling*. This involves direct engagement, qualification, and persuasive communication to transition digital inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

5. *Analytics & Reporting:* Ability to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
