Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage LLama Research’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective digital marketing strategies, creating high-quality digital assets (such as carousels, videos, and reels), and enhancing the company’s brand presence across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Design and produce engaging digital assets including social media carousels, short videos, reels, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize for improved results.
  • Social Media & Brand Communication
  • Manage the brand’s digital presence and community engagement on key social channels.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, formats, and innovations in digital marketing and finance content.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, visual design, and storytelling principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or investment-related marketing.
  • Ability to conceptualize and edit short-form video content.
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative detail.
