Job Description

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our in-house team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

strategizing, executing, and managing organic digital marketing initiatives

that enhance our brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO practices.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing and viral promotional activities aligned with the brand’s positioning.
  • Create engaging and value-driven video marketing content to strengthen brand communication.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity for a financial institution — particularly in stock broking, wealth management, and financial services domains.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continually optimize organic growth and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and content quality across all channels.

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in SEO, SMM, Influencer Marketing, and Content Strategy (especially in financial or investment-related sectors).
  • Deep understanding of branding and communication for financial companies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize viral, organic, and high-engagement campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of video marketing and storytelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
