Digital Marketing Specialist

PPC:

● Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting for paid campaigns

● Write compelling ad copy and help with A-B testing

● Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

● Track conversions and optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA

● Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.

SEO:

● Conduct keyword research for organic search growth using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

● Assist with on-page SEO- optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking

● Support technical SEO tasks such as site speed improvements, sitemap submissions, and fixing crawl errors

● Help with content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and product-service pages to improve search rankings

● Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and SEO KPIs

● Support link-building outreach campaigns and off-page SEO initiatives

● Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Years of Experience:

Required Skills:

● Basic to intermediate understanding of both PPC and SEO concepts

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

● Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console

● Knowledge of digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, organic CTR, and domain authority

● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

● Ability to support tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion setup

● Proficiency in Excel-Google Sheets for reporting

● Strong written communication skills for ad copy and SEO content suggestions
