Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement SEO marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Compaign Management : Develop and implement, and manage paid search compaigns.
  • Keyword Research: Identify high-performing keywords and search queries to improve organic visibility.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, improve page speed, fix crawl errors, and ensure mobile optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute strategies to build high-quality backlinks.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional SEO campaigns, including seasonal or product-specific campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitors’ strategies and adjust campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to implement SEO strategies effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing SEO marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO SEM tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
  • Developing and implementing effective SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams including content creators and web developers, to align SEM efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creating and Optimising paid search campaigns and PPC advertising across various platforms ( Google ADS and Bing ADS).
  • Understanding of local SEO practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of international SEO for global markets
  • Experience in SEM with a demonstrable portfolio in managing paid search compaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
