Big Brancy is looking for a smart, motivated self-starter to join the Founder's Office. If you’re a fast learner with a strong grasp of digital marketing, copywriting, AI tools, and automation — and you're excited to build and grow things — this is for you.

You’ll start by helping execute campaigns, write sharp ad copy, manage cold outreach systems, and coordinate with designers — all while learning and growing every week. The more you take ownership and deliver results, the faster you’ll move toward a leadership path.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

Client Acquisition Campaigns: Help build, launch, and optimize marketing funnels (ads + outreach) using AI-powered tools

Automated Outreach: Manage cold email/LinkedIn workflows with support from our tech stack

Ad Creatives & Copy: Work with designers and write attention-grabbing copy for ads, emails, and landing pages

Strategic Projects: Support the founder on special tasks across marketing, ops, and systems

Learning & Optimization: Continuously upskill yourself and improve results through experiments and iterations
