Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

  • Generate high-quality

    B2B leads

    using

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ,

    SalesQL

    , and other digital tools.
  • Build targeted prospect lists focusing on corporate decision-makers in Bangalore and other metro cities.
  • Execute

    LinkedIn outreach campaigns

    with personalized messaging and follow-ups.
  • CRM Management:

  • Use

    HubSpot CRM

    to track, nurture, and convert leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain clean and organized lead data with regular updates.
  • Campaign Optimization:

  • Analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Develop strategies to scale lead generation efforts month-on-month.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the

    business development team

    to align marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Support creation of

    case studies, presentations, and marketing content

    to improve conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience

    in

    B2B lead generation

    , especially using

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to generate

    qualified B2B leads per month

    consistently.
  • Tool Expertise:

  • Strong working knowledge of

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    HubSpot CRM

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and outreach campaigns.
  • Industry Background:

  • Understanding of

    corporate decision-maker personas

  • Educational Background:

    BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.
  • Preferred:

    MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certifications (LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, Google, etc.).
  • Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in

    account-based marketing (ABM)

    strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns.
