ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Digital Marketer who actually knows what works, someone who can handle ad accounts, track numbers, and turn campaigns into measurable results.

You will be managing both paid and organic sides of digital marketing, from Google & Meta Ads to social media strategy and performance tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Create and monitor campaign strategies, budgets, and ROI.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for consistent growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful reports, not just numbers, but real takeaways.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals, landing pages, and content that aligns with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and new performance tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing ad accounts (Google & Meta).
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record of running performance campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing and social media strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect metrics to actual impact.
• Someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and optimizing, not just executing tasks.
