Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimise our online presence through website development, paid and organic marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising. The successful candidate will be adept at creating compelling content and advertisements for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and WhatsApp.


Key Responsibilities:

1. *Website Development & Management:*

  - Develop, maintain, and optimise the company website for user experience and SEO.

  - Ensure website functionality, speed, and mobile responsiveness.


2. *Digital Marketing Strategy:*

  - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  - Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.


3. *Paid and Organic Marketing:*

  - Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

  - Optimise and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

  - Develop and implement organic marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.


4. *Social Media Marketing:*

  - Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, etc.).

  - Create and curate engaging content for social media audiences.

  - Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.


5. *Content Creation:*

  - Create high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, ads, and website content.

  - Develop content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.


6. *Analytics & Reporting:*

  - Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.

  - Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.


7. *SEO Optimization:*

  - Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines.

  - Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO.


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, paid and organic marketing, and social media.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.

- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is a plus.
