We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Service Manager/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and acting as the key link between clients and internal teams, especially in the areas of events, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities for events and brand campaigns.

Develop compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic client partnerships

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Servicing or Business Development (preferably in events, marketing, or branding)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organisational, coordination, and negotiation abilities

High energy, people-oriented attitude, and strong team spirit

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
