Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement digital marketing plans tailored to engineering and manufacturing sectors.

· Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook for lead generation.

· Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.

· Manage and update the company’s website and landing pages with technical and marketing content.

· Improve search visibility using SEO techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical).

· Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

· Handle the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages.

· Create and post engaging content highlighting engineering projects, case studies, and company milestones.

· Develop blogs, newsletters, e-brochures, and email campaigns for targeted B2B audiences.

· Work with the engineering team to generate technical content relevant to the industry.

· Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.

· Analyze and report digital campaign performance regularly.

Suggest and implement improvements for better engagement and lead conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in engineering or manufacturing companies.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

· Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and email marketing tools.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

· Basic understanding of CAD/CAM, 3D modeling, or engineering services.

· Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).

· Growth in qualified B2B leads through digital channels.

· Increase in website traffic and search visibility.

· Engagement growth across social media platforms.

· Improved ROI from digital campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
