Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement digital marketing plans tailored to engineering and manufacturing sectors. · Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook for lead generation. · Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates. · Manage and update the company’s website and landing pages with technical and marketing content. · Improve search visibility using SEO techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical). · Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. · Handle the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages. · Create and post engaging content highlighting engineering projects, case studies, and company milestones. · Develop blogs, newsletters, e-brochures, and email campaigns for targeted B2B audiences. · Work with the engineering team to generate technical content relevant to the industry. · Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. · Analyze and report digital campaign performance regularly. Suggest and implement improvements for better engagement and lead conversion Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). · 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in engineering or manufacturing companies. · Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing. · Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and email marketing tools. · Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings for trims, sheet metal, and product design projects using CATIA, NX, and Creo. · Perform reverse engineering using 3D scanned data and create accurate CAD models. · Work on concept design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering of components and assemblies. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and project management to ensure design intent is achieved. · Ensure designs meet industry standards, customer specifications, and functional requirements. · Conduct design validation, interference checks, and tolerance analysis. · Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and technical reports. · Contribute to product cost reduction, weight optimization, and manufacturability improvements. · Provide technical support during prototype and production phases. · Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to best design practices. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering or related field. · 5 to 10 years of experience in tool design, product design, or sheet metal domain within the engineering service industry. · Proficiency in CATIA, NX, and Creo for modeling, drafting, and assembly design. · Strong knowledge of trims, sheet metal, and plastic product design principles. · Experience in reverse engineering and working with scanned/point cloud data. · Excellent understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and engineering drawing standards. · Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
