Company Description Aditya Institute of Technology and Management is located in Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. Situated on the banks of the river Vamsadhara with a short distance to the sea, the institute is spread across 50 acres of clean and serene area. The institute offers undergraduate programs in ECE, CSE, IT, EEE, CE, and MECH, as well as a postgraduate program in MBA, MCA and 6 disciplines of M. Tech. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management in Srikakulam. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Manage and grow AITAM’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Coordinate with departments to collect updates, achievements, and events and publish timely content. Plan and run targeted social media campaigns for academic and student activities. Monitor, analyze, and report digital performance metrics; suggest actionable improvements Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated with trends and tools in digital marketing, SEO, and SMO. What We are looking for Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in SEO, SMO, and digital content creation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across academic and non-academic departments.
