Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer who has strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, analytical, and capable of leading successful digital campaigns that drive growth, leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare detailed performance reports.
Manage social media pages, content strategies, and engagement activities.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
Develop digital marketing strategies across multiple channels — Meta, Google, SEO, and email (preferred).
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Track and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager with measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and CRM tools is a plus.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or related digital marketing courses is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Google Ads experience
Basic graphic design or Canva skills
Knowledge of SEO & content strategy
Strong analytical mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,803.34 - ₹45,000.00 per month
