Male Nurse

Yukti Herbs Ayurveda & Panchakarma Hospital is seeking a dedicated and responsible Male Nurse who is well-versed with NABH guidelines and can efficiently handle clinical documentation as per NABH protocols. The candidate must be flexible for night duty when patients are admitted, and should uphold the highest standards of care and compliance in an Ayurvedic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care to patients as per Ayurvedic and integrative treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in line with NABH standards.
• Assist in audits, internal assessments, and ensure file readiness at all times.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment updates and patient needs.
• Be available for night duty as per patient admission requirements.
• Ensure patient care is compassionate, timely, and professionally delivered.

Candidate Requirements:

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
• Registered with the State Nursing Council
• Experience with NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
• Ability to independently manage documentation and file protocols
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic hospital setup is an advantage
• Willingness to do night shifts when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
