Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead – Performance Marketing

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Full-time, On-site)

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead – Performance Marketing to accelerate our digital growth and help scale user acquisition and engagement through high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Own and execute performance marketing strategy across platforms – Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and others.
• Plan and run data-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
• Create marketing funnels tailored to investment and trading user behavior.

2) Execution & Optimization

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve ROAS and CPL.
• Use retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audience segmentation for deeper impact.

3) Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC, and LTV using GA4 and platform dashboards.
• Generate actionable insights and present campaign performance reports regularly.

4) Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks in finance/trading.
• Innovate with new performance channels or strategies to improve acquisition quality and cost-efficiency

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing.
• Proven track record in managing high-budget paid campaigns across Google, Meta, etc.
• Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in GA4, Excel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
• Based in or open to relocating to Surat.
