Job Description

This role is engagement-driven, not passive marketing. Daily online presence, posting, wishing, and interaction are mandatory. Platforms to Handle (Daily)• LinkedIn (PRIMARY) • Instagram • YouTube • Business platforms – S-Merger, MagicBricks, others Primary Objective To build continuous digital visibility and relationships that result in inbound leads, enquiries, hiring references, and opportunities. Detailed Scope of WorkA. LinkedIn Posting & Engagement (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)• Daily LinkedIn posting from company / leadership profile – Business insights – Market observations – Industry news – Wishes and greetings • Minimum 1 original LinkedIn post per day • Like, comment, and engage on relevant posts • Wish connections daily (birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements) • Comment meaningfully (no generic comments) • Engage with founders, investors, professionals, developers B. Instagram & YouTube Engagement• Engage with relevant reels, posts, and videos • Like, comment, and respond to DMs • Support brand visibility and recall C. Active Lead Discovery• Search profiles using keywords, hashtags, and filters • Identify business prospects, professionals, and companies • Send customised connection requests • Start conversations without hard selling D. Lead Capture & Handover• Capture engaged prospects in lead tracker • Categorise leads – Real estate buy / sale – Fund raising – Government approvals – Government incentives • Hand over leads to Tenmozi for first-level calling E. Monthly Mass Email Distribution• Maintain email database • Coordinate monthly mass email campaigns • Track responses and enquiries DAILY ENGAGEMENT KPI (MANDATORY)• 1 LinkedIn post per day • 40–60 meaningful engagements per day (likes + comments) • 15 new connections or conversations per day • Minimum 5 new potential leads identified per day • Zero unattended messages Failure to meet engagement consistency will be reviewed monthly. Experience & QualificationExperience • 2–4 years in – Social media handling – Digital engagement – LinkedIn outreach – B2B digital marketing Qualification • Any graduate • Degree is secondary, platform skill is primary
