Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who has a strong command over SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and Influencer Marketing . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building brands , managing digital campaigns end-to-end, and delivering measurable results across various platforms. This is a performance-driven role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other advertising platforms (Search, Display, YouTube). Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns with relevant micro and macro influencers. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and creatives. Analyze campaign performance regularly using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc., and generate actionable insights. Build and execute monthly digital marketing calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of campaigns. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and competitor strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and technical optimization. Experience in handling and scaling Google Ads and paid ad campaigns. Proven success with social media strategies and platform-specific content. Experience in influencer onboarding, coordination, and campaign tracking . Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a creative approach to marketing. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in a consumer brand or lifestyle product industry is a plus. Ability to ideate and run product launch campaigns. Why Join Us?
