Digital Marketing Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Content Optimization).
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Handle client communication and reporting – understand their business goals, provide insights, and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize digital assets for better rankings and visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to clients and management.
• Ensure the achievement of client KPIs and overall business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
• Manage social media communities, respond to followers, and build brand engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital & social media marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
• Client handing: 1 year (Preferred)
