Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on mobile app marketing and ASO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, app store optimization, and growth strategies to maximize installs, visibility, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS & Android apps – metadata, creatives, keyword research, ratings & reviews.
• Plan and manage paid user acquisition campaigns (Google UAC, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations, etc.).
• Create and execute app launch and growth strategies to drive installs and engagement.
• Optimize app creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) for higher conversion rates.
• Work closely with the product team to improve onboarding, retention, and engagement.
• Track campaign performance using Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Balance both organic (ASO) and paid strategies for app growth.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing, preferably with mobile apps.
• Proven experience in ASO (Google Play & App Store).
• Strong understanding of paid campaigns (Google UAC, Meta Ads, influencer marketing).
• Hands-on with ASO & analytics tools (AppTweak, SensorTower, MobileAction, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
• Ability to combine creative ideas with data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
