Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end digital strategy, manage a well-rounded marketing team, and drive high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, and web platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly organized, with hands-on experience in campaign analysis, CRM integration, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly Performance Dashboard:
• Create and share a Google Data Studio (or similar) dashboard tracking:
• Google & Meta Ads: Spend vs. leads
• Website traffic sources, bounce rate
• Top-performing service campaigns
• Monthly keyword ranking improvements

CRM Integration:

• Route Meta Lead Ads and website forms directly into Zoho CRM or provide instant notification to the BD team via email/WhatsApp for prompt follow-up.
• Retargeting Strategy:
• Set up and manage retargeting ads on Google Display and Meta for:
• Past website visitors
• Video viewers
• Post engagers
• SEO & Reporting:
• Share monthly keyword performance reports
• Implement long-tail, city-based keywords (e.g., “Event agency Jeddah”)
• Track backlinks, keyword ranking changes, and site speed
• Content Expansion:
• Edit and incorporate behind-the-scenes (BTS) and user-generated content into reels/posts for social engagement

Monthly Marketing Brief:

• Provide a comprehensive marketing brief every first week including:
• Google Ads: Spend, CTR, conversions, top ad groups
• Meta Ads: Reach, engagement, form results
• SEO: Backlinks, keyword rank, speed
• Website: New projects/blogs
• Social: Top post, follower growth, suggestions
• Upcoming recommendations

Team Management & Oversee and coordinate work for:

• 1 Social Media Manager
• 1 Graphic Designer
• 1 Web Designer
• 1 Business Development Manager
• 1 Digital Marketing Executive

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing management
• Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics dashboards
• Proven experience in landing page design & optimization
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM integration and Email/Whatsapp automation
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
• Proficient in content editing for reels/social posts
