Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and media planning, with a working knowledge of SEO best practices.


This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day campaign management across multiple digital platforms. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.


Develop and manage social media strategies to grow engagement and follower base across key channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).


Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.


Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.


Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.


Manage digital advertising budgets and media plans effectively.


Generate performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.


Coordinate A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and messaging.


Support SEO initiatives by working closely with content and web teams on basic on-page optimizations and SEO-friendly practices.



Required Skills & Qualifications:


3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and social platforms.


Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, etc.).


Strong understanding of media planning, campaign budget allocation, and performance tracking.


Proficiency with ad platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and performance dashboards.


Experience with social media strategy and content planning.


Basic understanding of SEO principles and how digital campaigns impact organic visibility.


Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
