Role Overview:This is a core performance role focused on generating qualified leads, managing paid campaigns, and increasing our digital visibility. You’ll work directly with the founder and take full ownership of campaign execution, basic SEO, and performance tracking. We’re not looking for someone to assist — we’re looking for someone to drive. Key Responsibilities:Performance Campaigns (Google & Meta Ecosystem) - Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Instagram & Facebook) - Build tailored ad sets and creatives for premium residential and commercial properties - Monitor CPL, CTR, and conversion rates — and optimize campaigns with agility - Collaborate with creative/content teams for compelling visual and written assets - Build and manage landing pages using AI tools or CMS platforms Lead Generation & Funnel Management - Generate high-quality, relevant leads that align with campaign goals - Track lead sources and optimize targeting based on lead quality - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure lead follow-up and conversions - Maintain clear reporting dashboards and performance insights SEO & Off-Page Performance - Execute basic off-page SEO tasks: backlinks, directories, and blog mentions - Regularly update and optimize the Google My Business listing - Identify keyword trends and contribute to content strategy - Liaise with freelancers or bloggers for outreach and link building Ideal Candidate:- Female candidates only (on-site role at our Viman Nagar office) - 1–3 years of experience in digital performance marketing - Hands-on with the Google & Meta ecosystem, including Ads Manager and analytics tools - Confident with landing page tools, lead tracking, and campaign metrics - Basic off-page SEO knowledge required - Background in real estate, luxury services, or high-ticket campaigns preferred - Reliable, self-motivated, and performance-oriented Why Work With Us:- Direct exposure to luxury real estate marketing - Full ownership of digital growth — no micromanagement - Access to premium listings and high-ticket campaigns - Performance-based incentives and rewards - Creative freedom and use of AI tools and influencer campaigns - Growth opportunity into a leadership role in digital marketing Role Details:- Location: Town Square,Viman Nagar, Pune - Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office - Timings: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM - Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + performance incentives - Joining: Immediate preferred; short notice period acceptable for the right candidate To Apply:WhatsApp your CV to +91 80070 00700 Or email: propertysolutionspune@hotmail.com
