Role OverviewWe’re looking for a confident and polished Client Relations Manager to represent Property Solutions to premium clients. This is a high-impact role involving inbound lead handling, relationship building, and client experience management — both at the office and during site visits. Key Responsibilities· • Engage and follow up with incoming leads from 99acres, Meta, and our website · • Understand unique client needs (end-use or investment) and offer tailored property solutions · • Invite and host clients for meetings, presentations, and discussions at our Viman Nagar office · • Schedule and coordinate professional site visits · • Maintain long-term client relationships and proactively share relevant project opportunities · • Stay updated on localities, pricing, project inventories, and trends to offer real-time insights · • Handle objections and concerns with patience, confidence, and clarity · • Coordinate with backend agents and internal team for smooth client servicing · • Keep clean, organised records of leads and follow-ups in Excel and internal tracking systems · • Share timely updates and weekly reports on leads, visits, and progress Who You Are· • Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi with excellent communication skills · • Confident, well-spoken, and presentable in a professional setting · • Passionate about real estate, people, and the art of selling · • Warm and approachable — with a client-first mindset · • Organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups · • Self-driven with a sense of ownership and initiative Compensation₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and skillset) Performance-based incentives offered over and above fixed salary Why Join Us?· • Work closely with the founder in a high-growth business · • Direct exposure to HNI clients and premium property deals · • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand · • Beautiful office space in Viman Nagar · • Full infrastructure support — workstation, phone, and laptop provided Immediate joiners preferred.
