Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Digital Maketing Manager to join our team and lead the way in driving high-performing campaigns.

Note: Although this is a remote role, we prefer a candidate based in Hyderabad, as there may be a need for occasional in-person meetings with our client in the future.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Google & Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Social Media Strategy & Content: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, posters, and email marketing creatives.
• Website & SEO Management: Oversee website development, landing page creation, and SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
• Google My Business (GMB) & Google Console Management: Optimise and maintain Google My Business listings and ensure Google Search Console is properly utilised.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare detailed marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Branding & Creative Design: Design and manage social media graphics, email creatives, and marketing posters to align with brand aesthetics.
• Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify beauty/skincare influencers and manage collaborations to increase brand engagement.
• Budget & ROI Management: Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximum ROI.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Google AdWords with a proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns.
• Google Ads certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, PPC management, and campaign reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts and strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
