Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketer/Paid Ads Specialist)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our readership, visibility, and engagement across platforms. The role involves managing paid campaigns, driving traffic to our website and newsletters, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and X to drive traffic and engagement.

• Promote top articles,

  exclusives, and breaking news to increase sessions, clicks, and readership.
• Create ad sets for 

  specific verticals

   e.g. market analysis, Newsletter etc.
• Constantly A/B test ad creatives and headlines to see what drives clicks.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Grow our audience on Twitter and Instagram through both organic and paid strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Work closely with the content, SEO and social teams to align campaigns with editorial and brand goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep campaigns effective and competitive.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a media, fintech, or web3 related industry.
• Hands-on experience running ads on Google Ads, Meta, and X.
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Have SEO knowledge in digital currency or financial news.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Things to Note:

• This is a full-time remote role.
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Timings: 10 AM - 7PM
• Pay range: 3LPA - 5LPA
