Position: Manager Digital Marketing Location: Hyderabad Experience : 3-5 Years in Real Estate / Luxury Industry. Job Summary: We are looking for an innovative and creative Digital Marketing Leader who can develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be a digital-first thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and digital storytelling. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to make a thought leader. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand positioning. * Lead innovative branding and performance marketing campaigns across paid media, organic channels, social platforms, search engines, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. * Drive creativity and innovation in digital content, ensuring storytelling and visual appeal engage and inspire target audiences. * Own and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising to maximize reach and ROI. * Oversee SEO, SEM, and ASO strategies, leveraging keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlinking to boost organic traffic. * Build and execute high-impact social media marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. * Ideate and strategize compelling content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, social media creatives, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces. * Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, social media managers, content creators, and designers to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital marketing function. * Collaborate with media agencies and creative partners to develop top-notch advertising materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. * Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve digital marketing efforts. Desirable skills and qualifications: * MBA or equivalent in Digital Marketing / Communications from a reputed business school. * 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. * Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and SEM. * Hands-on experience in content marketing, creative storytelling, and brand-building strategies. * Experience in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.). * Strong understanding of UX/UI, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). * Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver breakthrough digital campaigns. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
