Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Prepare tender documents, proposals, and bids for real estate construction projects. Manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely project delivery. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and develop strategies for approaching them. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from planning to completion.\ Take charge of the sales process, from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, driving the company towards financial success Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or related field from luxury car brand experience or luxury real estate 5 cr and above. Bachelor's degree MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Strong understanding of bid management, proposal management, tender preparation, and construction contracts. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships. Skills: Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Proven track of successful sales record
