Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that align with our company goals. You will lead all digital initiatives, including campaign planning, performance analysis, and optimization, to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and content marketing. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization. Monitor and manage social media platforms to ensure consistent branding, audience engagement, and growth. Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them where relevant. Generate regular performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred). In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing strategies. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
