Job Overview:

Lead Height is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Performance Marketing and a proven track record of managing digital campaigns. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing company, excellent team handling abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively manage both internal teams and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Lead and manage a digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to ensure ROI and lead generation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute effective marketing strategies.
• Manage ad budgets effectively for maximum results.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing company (mandatory).
• Proven knowledge of Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Team handling experience with leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and execute improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
