Job Objective

Successfully collaborate with marketing team members to provide efficient support to all verticals of the Company thereby promoting Company’s brand, products, and services eventually achieving Company’s long-term organizational goals.

Specific responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising.

• Work with and manage the marketing team and other stake holders to maintain Company’s digital presence.

• Measure and report the Return on Investments (ROIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all types of approved marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide report to the Management.

• Research, track and analyze market trends and develop and implement suitable strategy into all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.

• Design, build, manage and maintain Company’s social media accounts. • Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing into various digital/social media platforms.

• Negotiating advertisements/campaigns contracts.

• Work with HR department in recruiting, selecting, training and managing marketing team members. KEY INTERNAL INTERFACES KEY EXTERNAL INTERFACES

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification

§ MBA in marketing

Experience

§ 7 - 10 experience in leading a successful marketing team

Age 30 - 45 years

Sex Male / Female

Computer skills

Excellent skills in various marketing softwares,

MS Office and emails

Language skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and regional language.

Functional skills § Strong understanding of contemporary marketing trends and campaigns.

§ Strong sense of creativity and innovation.

§ Ability to analyse market metrics, reports and trends.

§ Strong project management and managerial skills.

§ Experience in SEO and SEM strategy and keyword search

§ Relationship building and leadership skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
