Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and campaigns. The role involves managing a team, planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, optimizing online presence, and driving lead generation to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and lead the digital marketing team, including SEO, SEM, SMM, content, and design specialists.
• Drive lead generation and conversions through online campaigns, ads, and engagement activities.
• Oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, SEO ranking, and user engagement.
• Manage social media presence, content strategy, and brand positioning across channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and academic teams to align marketing with organizational objectives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
