Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution

    : Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Content Marketing

    : Plan and oversee creation of blogs, articles, website content, newsletters, and thought leadership material tailored to insurance customers.
  • Email & Campaign Management

    : Build and execute targeted emailer campaigns (customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell/upsell) with clear segmentation and performance tracking.
  • SEO & Website Optimization

    : Improve organic ranking and web traffic through keyword optimization, backlinks, and performance analysis.
  • Social Media Marketing

    : Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to build brand awareness, promote campaigns, and generate leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, CTR, ROI), analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Insurance-Specific Marketing

    : Understand customer segments (HNI, corporate, retail) and design campaigns highlighting insurance products and value propositions.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure lead quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in

    digital marketing

    , ideally within

    insurance, fintech, or financial services

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp/etc.), and campaign automation

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    analytics tools

    (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Strong content writing/editing skills with the ability to adapt to financial/insurance audiences.
  • Knowledge of lead generation funnels and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI on campaigns.
