Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers.
• Promote and sell car insurance policies to both new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and ensure successful sales closures.

Client Relationship Management

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide quotes, explain policy features, terms, and benefits.
• Ensure timely renewals and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Assist clients with claims and other policy-related queries.

Administrative Duties

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurers and claims departments when needed.
• Maintain and update client records on internal CRM/IT systems.

Market Knowledge

• Stay informed about the latest insurance products and offerings.
• Provide comparative analysis of various car insurance products.
• Gather and share feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in car insurance sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Customer-oriented approach with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
