Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our branding and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand presence, and generate leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and brand recall.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, to generate leads and increase engagement.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets.
• Manage creative design, corporate communications, and product launches.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams for integrated marketing efforts.
• Lead agencies and internal teams to deliver marketing collaterals on time.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 8–15 years in Marketing Communication, Branding, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing roles.
• Salary Range : 50,000 to 70,000
• Knowledge: Brand management, online marketing tools, content strategy, and performance analytics.
