Key Responsibilities: *Identify, generate, and convert leads from the local market through networking, outreach, and strategic engagement activities. *Plan, organize, and execute lead generation activities such as exhibitions, events, community programs, or partnerships to promote interior design services. *Follow up and convert social media-generated leads into physical meetings and potential clients. *Ensure a minimum of 5–6 qualified meetings per week through personal efforts and strategic activities. *Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored interior solutions. *Effectively present the company’s offerings to clients, ensuring trust and credibility are established. *Possess in-depth knowledge of materials, market trends, and design elements relevant to interior design. *Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a confident, persuasive approach. *Lead initial client interactions and confidently represent the company's value proposition and design capabilities. *Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align business development strategies with current offerings and promotions. *Maintain and update client databases, activity reports, and meeting records regularly. Key Requirements: *Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles in the interior design industry. *Strong understanding of interior materials, products, and market trends. *Proven track record of lead generation and conversion in the interior or architectural services sector. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently with a proactive mindset. *Ability to convince and influence clients with confidence, highlighting the unique strengths of the company. *Passion for interior design and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
