About the Role

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
  • Manage all digital channels including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Plan, create, and optimize online campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee the design and content creation for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to support student recruitment.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in education or service industry.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
