Position Title: Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing Expert) Location: Shastri Nagar, , Jaipur Salary Range: ₹5–6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Experience – 5-6 years Role Overview: This is a senior-level marketing role for someone who is highly skilled in digital marketing . The ideal candidate will lead all online marketing strategies and activities to increase the company’s brand visibility , generate leads , and grow revenue . They should be strategic thinkers as well as hands-on executors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Leadership: Create and run the entire digital marketing roadmap aligned with company goals. 2. Team & Vendor Management: Guide internal teams and manage relationships with external digital agencies or freelancers. 3. Campaign Execution: Plan and manage marketing campaigns through social media, email, SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and content marketing. 4. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing strategies support all business functions. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign performance, track ROI, and make improvements based on data insights. 6. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest tools and digital marketing trends to ensure the company stays ahead in online marketing. 7. Budget Handling: Manage the digital marketing budget smartly to ensure the best return on investment. 8. Agency & Vendor Relations: Coordinate and build partnerships with digital vendors and service providers. Qualifications & Skills Required: Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with leadership experience. Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge in: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Email Campaigns Content Strategy Tools Knowledge: Must be familiar with: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar tools Social media scheduling/management platforms Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
