CBitss, a unit of Sukrala IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to lead client marketing projects while also mentoring students as part of our training division. If you're passionate about SEO, social media, PPC, and teaching the next generation of marketers, this is the ideal role for you. Key Responsibilities: 1) Client Work: Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, etc.) Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO Track performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs Create reports and optimize campaigns based on KPIs 2) Training & Mentoring: Conduct classroom and practical sessions on core digital marketing modules Create curriculum-based assignments and live projects for students Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Stay up-to-date with latest marketing tools and trends to enrich course delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (client-facing preferred) Proven experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, Ahrefs, etc. Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi) for teaching Ability to manage time between client delivery and student interaction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹14,453.17 - ₹51,910.92 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 08/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
