Senior Academic Counselor

Job Summary: CBitss, a unit of Sukrala IT Services Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in guiding students through their educational journey by helping them choose the right career-oriented training programs based on their interests, skills, and goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counseling to walk-in and online inquiries regarding career training programs (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Python, Ethical Hacking). Understand student backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and providing complete course information. Collaborate with trainers to stay updated on curriculum changes and placement outcomes. Assist in organizing demo classes, seminars, and orientation sessions. Meet monthly targets for enrollments and lead conversions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in counseling, tele-calling, or student advising (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi essential). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of job-oriented training programs is a plus. Proficiency with email, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Preferred Qualities: Empathetic and student-centric mindset. High energy, confidence, and persuasive ability.
