Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. They will play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Create engaging content for the company’s online presence, including website, blog, and social media platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly. Manage and maintain the company’s website and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies. Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar). Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
