Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident CCTV Sales & Marketing Executive (Telecaller) to promote our company’s CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain CCTV products and services. Generate new business leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, email, and online marketing platforms. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and call logs. Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other related security products. Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets. Support marketing campaigns, field sales activities, and exhibitions when required. Requirements: Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–3 years in sales, telecalling, or customer service (CCTV or security industry preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and security products is a plus. Computer skills – MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools. Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
