Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience to plan, implement, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will enhance online presence, drive high-quality traffic, engage audiences, and increase conversions across digital channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and manage campaigns across channels: SEO, PPC, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Oversee paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Guide content creation for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media.
• Maintain and optimize social media profiles and content calendars.
• Track, measure, and report performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
• Provide data insights and recommendations to improve conversions and engagement.
• Work with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
• Plan and manage digital marketing budgets.
• Lead project timelines, ensuring tasks are delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management.
• Strong understanding of 

  SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., 

  Google Analytics

• Knowledge of 

  CRM and marketing automation platforms
